We love our furry family! Dog and Cats are allowed. We require a nonrefundable $400 Pet Fee and Pet Rent is $30 each month. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. We ask any dog to be under 80 pounds. Upon move in, must provide documentation that animals are up to date with vaccines.

Rent, Water, Trash, Sewage, Wifi & Internet. Electricity is provided via OG&E and will be billed to your resident portal every month. The amount is split with roommates based on usage for the month.

The only way to have your price confirmed is to have all documents signed and approved. This means the application, lease, and screening results are completed by you and your guarantor.
